About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as part of the Giant Mine remediation project in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering project objectives and ensuring Aecon achieves its general and specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous industrial experience is an asset.
  • The ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Good sense of balance when working on scaffolds.
  • The ability to solve math problems quickly and accurately.
  • The ability to get along well with others on a work team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and policies on an industrial job site.

Physical Demands

  • Repetitive movement.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously changing work tasks.
  • Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments.
