Key Responsibilities:

* Screen building permit applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Provide technical assistance and guidance to the public on building and development matters
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to building permits and inspections
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

* Completion of a post-secondary diploma in Building Technology
* Minimum one year of experience in a building permitting environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Valid Driver's License

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (summer)
8:30 AM - 4:40 PM (winter)

Hours per Week: 35

Hourly Rate: $36.63
