The successful candidate will be responsible for making adjustments and minor repairs to these systems, as well as contacting tradespersons for major repairs. Additionally, they will perform minor repairs on appliances and other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is physically demanding, and the candidate must be reliable and able to work independently.

The language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment.
