Job Summary:
GTT, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Threat Risk Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating internal and external threats to our information systems and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough threat risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks.
- Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
- Develop and deliver security education and training programs for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to ensure our security posture remains strong.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in information security risk management.
- 3+ years of experience in security architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in security risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical executives.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports.
- Skills in engaging with stakeholders to understand their concerns and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables.
- Knowledge of cloud security architectures and best practices.
- Proficiency in security technologies such as encryption, authentication, and access control.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks.
