Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2276794 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
ReportingPrepare and submit regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
Supervision and Work Environment- Supervision
Directly supervise 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
