  • Food Security: Facilitating access to healthy food options for all community members.
  • Youth Leadership: Cultivating future leaders through mentorship and skill development initiatives.
  • Early Years Programs: Supporting children and families during their formative years.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • A degree in Human Services, Social Services, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience, ideally within a similar sector.
  • Experience in collaboration with and reporting to a Board of Directors.
  • A proven track record of strategic and operational planning.
  • Experience in leading a skilled and dedicated management and staff team.
  • Financial expertise, including budget management, analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Business insight to enhance the success of both non-profit and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create sustainable revenue streams through grant applications and fundraising efforts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating the organization's mission to diverse audiences.

  • A trustworthy leader with a high level of integrity and transparency.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience.
