Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives in the trade and services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the allocation of resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to effectively implement organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior management positions.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Establish organizational goals and approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Implement financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional strategies, and manage human resources planning.

Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 16-20 individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
