About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Appraiser to join our team at TD Insurance. As an Auto Appraiser, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of damage
  • Use technical knowledge of auto body work and mechanical repairs to assess damage
  • Communicate with clients and repair shops to negotiate repair costs and methods
  • Review and analyze repair estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective claims processing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in auto body repair or a related field
  • Technical knowledge of auto body work and mechanical repairs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
