Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
