About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical UI Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Technical UI Designer, you will be responsible for implementing menu flows and HUD components to design specifications using visual scripting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user interface components and features using visual scripting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that UI designs meet technical and usability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality UI elements throughout the production process.
  • Participate in the critique of your work and the work of others to ensure that designs meet the highest standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and visual scripting.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a technically oriented web, front-end, or UI designer/implementer.
  • Expertise in visual scripting and working with game editors like Frostbite, Unreal, Unity, etc.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for UI and UX design.
  • Experience working and communicating designs on a versatile team.
  • At least one shipped game.
