Cyber Security Defense Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Defense Analyst to contribute to our Cyber Resiliency initiatives.
About the OpportunityThe Royal Bank of Canada's Defensive Threat Operations (DTO) team is responsible for protecting our organization's digital assets from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct threat intelligence analysis to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Develop and implement security controls to prevent and detect cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident response and remediation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to inform security strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with threat intelligence tools and technologies
- Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations
