Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store inventory, report any discrepancies, and take steps to prevent theft and shrinkage.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
