The Delivery and Practice Director role at KPMG is a dynamic position offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and drive successful project outcomes in our innovative and fast-paced environment. As a Delivery and Practice Lead, you'll play a central role in orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, overseeing project teams across multiple locations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage diverse project teams to deliver successful Oracle implementations within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Oracle practice within KPMG, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading and delivering complex Oracle implementations.
  • Proven track record of success in managing project teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle products and technologies, including database administration, application development, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
