Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Home Hardware Stores Limited. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for managing covenant reporting, foreign exchange, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the periodic cash management process, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting to the Leadership Team.
- Prepare timely and accurate bank reporting on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to the management, development, and implementation of banking and credit rating strategies and negotiations.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with banking and credit rating partners.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to stakeholders throughout the organization to drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
- Coordinate the derivatives platforms, including strategy development, trade liaison, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. A CPA designation is preferred.
- Five to ten years' experience in Finance, Banking, or Treasury is preferred.
- Proven ability to interact and consult with key-senior decision makers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish credibility with the broad management team.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and MS Dynamics 365 would be an asset.
