Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Digital Imports. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
