About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deli Clerk to join our team at Your Independent Grocer. As a Deli Clerk, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our store shelves are always stocked and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs and ensuring that the store is always ready with available products
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs to drive sales and engagement
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards are met
