Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide essential information to clients and the general public.
  • Collect and process necessary information to deliver services effectively.
  • Manage the switchboard or telephone system efficiently.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Document and communicate important information.
  • Organize and confirm appointments.
  • Issue invoices as required.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Handle the receipt and issuance of payments.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Coordinate teleconferences as needed.
  • Calculate billing charges accurately.
  • Monitor mobile radio or telephone communications.
  • Provide directory assistance to clients.
  • Facilitate relay services for individuals with disabilities.
