Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

Rapid Motors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people, including specialized cleaners.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The work site is outdoors and may involve exposure to wet/damp conditions, odours, and tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
