Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

Rapid Finance Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our car wash team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect the car wash site to ensure that it is safe and clean, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a car wash or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
