\t\t- Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites using Elementor and WordPress.
\t\t - Ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent user experience across platforms.
\t\t - Configure backend functionalities using Elementor within WordPress websites.
\t\t - Implement and customize Elementor templates based on client requirements and Elementor Modern-web best practices.
\t\t - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
\t\t - Provide regular project updates and incorporate client feedback.
\t\t - Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality across different environments.
\t\t - Train internal team members on using and updating their websites through Elementor.
\t\t - Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices related to Elementor, WordPress, and web development.

\tQualifications & Skills:
\t
\t\t- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Website Designer, WordPress Developer, or a related position.
\t\t - Hold a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
\t\t - Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio can also be considered.
\t\t - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing and extending Elementor functionality.
\t\t - Deep understanding of WordPress and its ecosystem.
\t\t - Proficiency in Elementor and its features, including creating custom templates and widgets.
\t\t - Proven experience in web design and development, focusing on Elementor for WordPress projects.
\t\t - A strong portfolio showcasing previous websites built with Elementor and demonstrating various design styles.
\t\t - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within Elementor or the website.
\t\t - Effective communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
\t\t - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality website development that meets client needs.
\t\t - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks using systems like Zoho and JIRA.
\t\t - A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and meet client expectations.
\t\t - Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while thriving in collaborative team environments.
