About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 70838 Newfoundland and Labrador Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of retail sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement measures to prevent loss and shrinkage, including monitoring store activity, investigating incidents, and making recommendations to improve loss prevention strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
