Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our Innovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing first-class user experiences and interactions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across our digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions
  • Design and prototype user experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in design, business, innovation, technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
