Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at TEJ PRO PAINTING CORP. as a Painter Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our painters with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and mixing and applying materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and materials are in good working condition
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants at job sites
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
