Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, take and cancel room reservations, and process guests' departures.
- Customer Service: Offer assistance and support to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle guest complaints, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Free Parking: Convenient parking available for our staff.
- Permanent Position: A stable and long-term employment opportunity.
- 30-40 Hours per Week: A manageable work schedule with a good work-life balance.
