Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Centre Director to join our team at C.M.L. International Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our child care centre and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the child care centre team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of children and families
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective operation of the centre
  • Represent the centre and the organization in the community, building relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure the centre is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a child care centre or related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Criminal record check
