Job Summary

C.M.L. International Trading Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Centre Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of professional and non-professional staff to provide exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Direct and advise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment to ensure the centre's financial stability.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in government liaison and media relations, promoting our centre's values and mission.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner, ensuring the well-being of our children and staff.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the centre's security and safety protocols are in place, including criminal record checks for staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a child care or education setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
