Greenhouse Horticulturist

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team at Platinum Produce as a Greenhouse Worker. This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 40 to 55 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including pruning trees, shrubs, and plants.
- Assist in harvesting vegetables, including bell peppers and greenhouse tomatoes.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications and tie and secure plants.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
- Stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in a non-smoking environment.
- Own transportation required.
The work site is located in a rural area and requires the ability to work in a variety of conditions, including hot temperatures.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
