Qualifications- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Staff accommodation is available.
- Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
- Manage the clearing and collection of brush and debris from fields and work areas.
- Assist in the cutting of agricultural crops.
- Sort freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable categories.
- Supervise the harvesting of seedlings.
- Level land to meet fine grading specifications.
- Oversee field clearing operations.
- Conduct weeding activities.
- Provide various agricultural services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Coordinate and supervise the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
Physical Requirements- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Work involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
