About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes or in facilities, with a focus on compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Assess clients' emotional, physical comfort, and safety, and develop personalized care plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Licensed Practical Nurses and paraprofessional staff, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • At least two years of recent experience in a community setting, with new grads considered on an individual basis.
  • A reliable mode of transportation or a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
  • A clear police criminal record and ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Screening if required.
