We are seeking a skilled Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance Site and Facilities team at Aurora Cannabis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the physical plant and building equipment are operated and maintained in compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the Cogeneration Plant and Building Automation Systems (BAS), identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide 24/7 support for maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs as required, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
