About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks and ensuring the highest level of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or certification is required, but a willingness to learn and train on the job is essential.
  • Work Experience
    • We offer on-the-job training for individuals with little to no experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Work Setting
    • You will work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
    • Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and debris.
    • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
    • Apply fertilizers and other landscaping materials as needed.
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Be physically demanding, requiring manual labor and lifting.
    • Work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
    • Communicate effectively in English, the primary language spoken in the workplace.
