Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and trends.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Willingness to Relocate: Willing to relocate for this position.
