Our Advanced Technology Group is the driving force behind the development of cutting-edge technologies that enhance the gaming experience. As a leader in this group, you'll collaborate with game teams, central art teams, and the Frostbite engine team to identify and create new, scalable technologies that take our games to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with game teams to advance the core technologies supporting EA Sports long-term technology initiatives
  • Propose strategy for shared technology to support advancing character creation, realistic visuals, and user-generated experiences
  • Transform technology strategy into execution plans, in collaboration with Frostbite game engine teams and EA Sports game teams
  • Guide the team's engineering and architectural best practices, in partnership with the Technical Lead

Requirements:

  • Technical leadership and/or mentoring experience
  • C++, architectural, and software engineering skills
  • Experience with the software design/architecture process
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with technical and creative partners
