Job Summary:
The Senior PeopleSoft Integration Developer is a key member of the York University IT team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between PeopleSoft systems and other internal and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex integration solutions using PeopleSoft tools and technologies.
- Lead integration development projects and collaborate with internal clients, systems analysts, and other IT teams to understand application functionality and develop technical solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to support business processes.
- Provide technical instruction and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft product releases and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve integration solutions.
Requirements:
- Seven years of experience in PeopleSoft development, including experience with PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM, PeopleTools, and application development tools.
- Proficient in PeopleSoft application development tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, BI Publisher, and SQR.
- Experience with Fluid UI, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web-services, SOAP, and WSDL.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and develop/maintain productive business relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upgrade experience with PeopleSoft systems.
- Experience providing technical instruction and training to team members and stakeholders.
