Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
