The Pan Am Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Primary Care Assistant to lead and support our Primary Care Clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Primary Care Assistants, managing appointments and schedules, and participating in client care functions.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the work of Primary Care Assistants and manage appointments and schedules
- Participate in client care functions, including maintaining client charts and performing payroll duties
- Prepare orders and verify the delivery of supplies and services
- Coding invoices and expense claims, and coordinating routine facility operations
- Workload coordination and coverage within the Administrative Support Team
- Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative/clinic experience
- Experience with email and computerized calendars
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience maintaining medical records and filing systems
- Working knowledge of electronic medical records
- Workload coordination and/or supervisory experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Saving Certificate
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access
