Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at NorLand Limited. As a key member of our civil construction company, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender package submissions for new projects
  • Conduct site inspections and attend progress meetings to ensure project quality and safety
  • Develop and implement quality control, OH&S, traffic management, and environmental plans
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-trades to ensure project requirements are met
  • Provide support to our field teams as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction or engineering
  • Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management
  • Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid BC driver's license

What We Offer:
