About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital advertising strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Oversee significant monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital advertising and campaign management, with a focus on paid advertising and ROI optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
