In this role, you will provide mentorship to our teams, attract new clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and deliver exceptional solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass:

  • Leading the structural design for medium to large-scale environmental infrastructure initiatives, including treatment facilities and conveyance systems.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists.
  • Utilizing innovative design methodologies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and collaborative technologies to enhance the consulting process.
  • Conducting studies, preparing reports, designing various structures, and providing technical support during construction phases for new facilities and upgrades.
  • Engaging in the development of competitive proposals to secure new projects.
  • Participating in ongoing education through formal training and collaborative presentations.
  • Assisting in workload management to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and technologists.
  • Acting as a Discipline Lead on multidisciplinary projects, overseeing the structural design team, coordinating with intersecting disciplines, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality assurance processes, and approving final deliverables.
