We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Scientist to join our dynamic team at SLR Consulting. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in innovative and impactful projects within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to contaminated sites, including site assessments, monitoring, and remediation efforts, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, project scope, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate field staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with senior professionals, including Project Directors and technical specialists, to develop comprehensive work plans and execute projects effectively.
- Analyze environmental data and prepare detailed technical reports for review and submission to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives to expand SLR's client base and revenue.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff during project execution and in areas such as health and safety and team development.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate findings across various scientific and engineering disciplines.
- Approach project challenges with curiosity and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
