Job Summary
Ferrovial is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including operation and maintenance of ride-on mowers and tractor mower equipment, line trimming, and pruning as needed.
- Conduct litter control in designated areas.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of mowing equipment and attachments.
- Conduct basic small gas tool maintenance, including replacement of air filters, blades, and cleaning of carburetors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid G Driver's license preferred, but not required (or ability to obtain by October 2023) to be eligible for winter contract.
- Good driving record required to drive a company vehicle.
- Minimum 1-year related experience preferred, but not necessary.
Work Environment
- Capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Working adjacent to high traffic volume highways.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
- Required to be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
