Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service in our retail pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
- Provide counseling and education to patients on medication use and management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field.
- Class A Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate and execute action plans.
- Knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy systems and other relevant software.
