Service Team Member

Michaels est à la recherche d'un Service Team Member pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente au détail. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous serez responsable de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients, de les aider à trouver les produits qu'ils recherchent et de les assister dans leur processus d'achat.

Responsabilités
  • Fournir un service de haute qualité aux clients, répondre à leurs questions et les aider à trouver les produits qu'ils recherchent.
  • Aider les clients à faire leurs achats, à trouver des solutions et à répondre à leurs besoins.
  • Assurer que les clients bénéficient d'un passage rapide et amical aux caisses.
  • Effectuer le déchargement des livraisons par camion et les tâches liées à la présentation de la marchandise dans tout le magasin.
  • Maintenir les normes de rangement du magasin et assurer que les produits sont bien présentés.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme.
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise et le rangement général du magasin.
  • Effectuer les tâches d'optimisation des stocks en magasin et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables.
Exigences
  • Expérience de vente au détail ou de service à la clientèle préférable.
  • Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s'étirer fréquemment.
  • Soulever des boîtes lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.
  • Environnement de magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés; il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions).
