PROJECT OVERVIEW

In the role of Oracle Order Management Specialist, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the order management system. Your skills in planning, prioritization, and time management will be vital for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the implementation and delivery across the following functional domains:

  • Oracle Order Management
  • Pricing Strategies
  • Shipping Processes
  • Integration with external Transportation systems
  • Facilitating adequate support and implementation of new features and functionalities in the aforementioned areas
  • Delivering both short-term and long-term solutions to business challenges, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Identifying enhancements to existing solutions and processes, utilizing industry best practices or standard application solutions, and providing sound recommendations to the business
  • Collaborating effectively with the global application team to secure necessary support or solutions for the business
  • Executing global application projects across various regions while working efficiently with stakeholders and the extended Oracle team
  • Documenting precise requirements, reviewing design documents, monitoring project progress, and testing solutions prior to user release for further testing
  • Ensuring adherence to best application practices and governance in compliance with company standards
  • Engaging in hands-on troubleshooting and support for system availability and usage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Over 5 years of experience in the implementation of Oracle Order Management
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively at all organizational levels, including written, verbal, and visual communications.
  • Capability to act as a liaison, articulating the information needs of the business to IT and vice versa; ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT strategy, business processes, initiatives, and IT initiatives
  • A collaborative team player capable of working effectively at all organizational levels and influencing others towards consensus.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a full-time contract role with a duration of 6 months, requiring onsite presence twice a week. There is a strong potential for extension based on mutual agreement.
