Job Title: Counter/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cobourg. As a key member of our sales and warehouse team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders via the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders via the counter.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including picking, shipping, and receiving orders, while replenishing stock levels.
  • Support sales initiatives by confirming stock availability, processing orders, and providing product knowledge to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
