Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals

    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field

    • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management
  • Skills and Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a team environment.
