Reporting to the Executive Chef, your duties will include:
Ensuring all kitchen and banquet dishware, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and available. Maintaining cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and components. Washing pots, pans, and kitchen tools, as well as cleaning display mirrors in both kitchen areas. Keeping ovens and stoves clean. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, ensuring cleanliness in all preparation and cooking areas. Disposing of waste from all kitchen areas into designated containers. Breaking down and disposing of empty boxes properly. Daily cleaning of the loading dock area. Maintaining cleanliness in the staff cafeteria, including dishes and utensils. Ensuring a sanitized and organized work environment at all times. Performing additional tasks as directed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty, including food preparation duties.Ideal Candidate Profile
No prior experience necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities. Highly dependable and responsible. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to meet job demands, including prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and occasional climbing. Focused on guest satisfaction, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
