About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our diverse team at ZipRecruiter. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins, GITHUB, Apigee API Management, DevOps Tools, DevOps Concepts, DevSecOps, Azure Platform, Docker, Container Registry, API Gateway, DevOps Automation, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Own the design and implementation of scalable and secure DevOps solutions.
  • Integration and Deployment: Be responsible for the integration of Jenkins and GITHUB for continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • API Management: Guide in Apigee API Management to ensure seamless API integration and management.
  • DevOps Tools and Concepts: Implement and run DevOps tools and concepts to streamline development processes.
  • DevSecOps Practices: Ensure the adoption of DevSecOps practices to improve security throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cloud-Based Applications: Use the Azure Platform to deploy and run cloud-based applications and services.
  • Containerized Application Deployment: Run Docker and Container Registry to facilitate containerized application deployment.
  • API Gateway Solutions: Implement API Gateway solutions to run and secure API traffic.
  • Infrastructure Provisioning: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • System Performance: Supervise and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Azure DevOps Experience: Azure DevOps - CICD pipeline experience, Azure DevOps – planning and board, Azure Kubernetes Services - deployment.
  • DevOps Skills: Docker - containers, Sonarqube – code quality, Building and implementing outstanding capabilities.
  • Cloud Experience: Very good hands-on experience with DevOps on Azure cloud.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and solving issues wherever required.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles.
  • Code Review: Technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
