Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team at CSA Group. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting factory inspections and ensuring the integrity of the CSA registered Mark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct factory inspections at CSA authorized factories, selecting representative product samples to audit and determining compliance with applicable standards and certification reports.
  • Prepare Factory Inspection Reports (FIR), Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports, and consumer product evaluation reports to document inspection findings.
  • Maintain contact with clients, providing information and responding to inquiries, and keeping current on new services available.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Sciences with 0 years of experience, or related technical field with 5-7 years experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, good decision-making skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and test data, and usage of calibrated measurement instruments and high voltage test equipment.
  • Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and general laboratory procedures.
