About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business and revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our internal database to identify and qualify new business opportunities and drive new business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales qualifying calls to assess the needs and interests of potential clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive new business growth.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
